Job Description ransactional Finance Supervisor Swansea | Hybrid Working - 3 days WFH per week £This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team in a role combining management accounting, team leadership and process improvement. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll support the Finance Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a team of 4 Finance Assistants, whilst playing a key role in month-end reporting and financial controls. Supervising, mentoring and supporting a team of 4 Finance Assistants Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts Producing accurate monthly financial reports Completing month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations Overseeing transactional finance activities to ensure accuracy and compliance Reviewing purchase ledger, sales ledger and cashbook activities Providing guidance and resolving finance queries Producing ad hoc analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel Building strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation Providing financial support and guidance where required We're looking for an experienced finance professional who enjoys both the technical and people-focused aspects of finance and is ready to take the next step in their career.
