We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join our friendly and supportive finance team in Swansea.
You'll work closely with experienced finance professionals who are invested in your development, giving you the opportunity to build your management accounting skills while continuing your studies.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Balance sheet reconciliations and journal postings
- Analysing financial data and producing reports
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Working alongside the wider finance team to improve processes and controls
Qualifications
- Experience in a finance role such as Accounts Payable, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Finance Administrator
- Studying towards (or keen to begin) AAT, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Someone who's eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in finance
