A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Building & Construction Project Leader for a 12-month contract role in Stevenage. The successful candidate will manage CAPEX projects from inception through delivery, leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring timely, budget-compliant completion.
Candidates must have proven experience in delivering Capital Investment projects, a strong understanding of building engineering services, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
This position offers a competitive rate of £40 per hour. The role is inside IR35 and candidates will undergo BPSS clearance.
