The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of family and matrimonial matters including:
- Divorce proceedings
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children matters
- Advocacy at hearings where appropriate
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 6+ years' PQE within Family Law
- Strong experience managing divorce and financial remedy matters
- Confidence handling a caseload independently

- A proactive, personable and positive attitude
- Resolution membership/accreditation desirable
