This is what you’ll be doing as Quality Manager: Leading the Quality team, acting as champion for a culture of quality and implementing continuous improvement activities through Quality. Ensure that quality is delivered within manufacturing by developing appropriate processes and metrics with operational team. Lead investigations of non-conformance’s. Maintenance of the QMS. Obtaining and managing technical approvals. Supporting internal and external audits. Define, assess and improve quality processes and procedures.
