What you'll be doing as a QA Engineer:
- Developing and implementing Quality Assurance procedures across manufacturing processes
- Leading internal and external audits and managing project-level quality compliance
- Liaising directly with customers and suppliers on quality matters to ensure specification requirements are met
- Creating and monitoring Quality Control Plans and supporting project gate reviews
- Investigating quality issues and driving root cause corrective actions
- Advising and coaching internal teams on quality-related topics and best practices
- Monitoring quality KPIs and escalating critical issues where necessary
Background in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
