Project Officer

Project Officer – 3 months – RCT – 18 hours a week – Immediate Start

This is a hybrid role, 18 hours per week.

What the Project Officer will be doing:

The project officer will contribute to an immersive technologies project. They will support the project team with tasks related to the analysis of research interview transcripts and survey responses.

Responsibilities include:

• Correcting AI-generated interview transcripts for each interview undertaken.
• Exercise judgment in identifying and removing sensitive, confidential, and identifiable data from research data.
• Communicating effectively, establishing, and maintaining good relationships with project team members and internal and external stakeholders, including other organisation members.
• Managing own workload with minimal supervision within agreed guidelines.

What the successful Project Officer will bring to the team:

This role is suitable for someone who has:

• Experience in managing and storing data in line with GDPR, data protection, and organisational requirements.
• Ability to use judgment to identify sensitive, confidential, and identifiable data.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What the Project Officer will get in return:

• £13.77 per hour
• Monday to Friday, with no evenings, in a hybrid environment after initial training.
