On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy and well-structured finance department based in Pontypool. This role would suit someone with solid purchase ledger experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Managing supplier queries by phone and email
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
