The predicted salary is between 29250 - 35750 £ per year.

£29,000 (including 20% shift allowance) Monday to Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Alternating Shifts.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing hydraulic pumps and motors in line with company procedures, quality standards and customer requirements. You will also complete production paperwork, carry out daily checks, meet production targets and report any issues or abnormalities to the relevant team.

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Assemble hydraulic pumps and motors to company SOPs and quality standards
  • Test hydraulic units to customer-specific requirements following training
  • Complete paperwork, production checks and daily quality records
  • Work to hourly production targets and support KPI requirements
  • Maintain 5S standards, report issues and support continuous improvement

The experience you'll need in this role:

  • Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work to production targets and KPIs
  • Experience following written work instructions and SOPs
  • Ability to use and read basic measuring equipment
  • Good attention to quality, health & safety and 5S standards
