Senior NPI Quality Engineer Up to £45,000 DOE Yolk Recruitment are supporting a recruitment campaign for a Senior NPI Quality Engineer to join an innovative high-tech manufacturing organisation in Swansea.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in NPI, APQP, PPAP and regulated manufacturing environments to play a key role in bringing new products from design through to successful production launch.
Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead quality activities across the full New Product Introduction lifecycle, ensuring products, processes and suppliers meet the highest standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with Engineering, R D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams while leading a team of quality professionals.
Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of APQP and PPAP activities from product design through to production release.
Manage completion of key NPI quality deliverables including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, FAIRs and validation activities.
Represent Quality within cross-functional NPI project teams, working closely with Engineering, R D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
