After significant investment in 2025, they are keen to employ several multiskilled Engineers to join their team. As a Maintenance Engineer working a 3on3off shift, you will be a crucial part of our client's operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of equipment, ensuring the smooth running of production processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility.
- Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure the smooth running of production lines
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards and food industry regulations
- Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless operation
- Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role within a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong electrical fault-finding and repair skills
- Recognised Electrical Engineering Qualifications (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
