The Opportunity:
- You’ll take ownership of a key workstream within a thriving Development and Housebuilding team - helping drive service delivery, client relationships and team performance.
Work will include:
- Overseeing plot sales and/or purchaser new-build transactions
- Preparing sites for sale including legal packs and site set-up
- Supervising conveyancing teams handling high-volume transactions
- Working directly with developers and housebuilder clients
- Supporting business development and service innovation
