The Opportunity
We're working with a specialist AI and Data consulting team that helps organisations tackle complex business and technology challenges using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AI Engineer, AI Architect or Generative AI specialist to join a highly technical team and work on some of the most ambitious Generative AI programmes currently being delivered in the UK. The team sits at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption, helping organisations move beyond experimentation and into real-world deployment. You'll work alongside AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects and technical specialists, delivering solutions that combine cutting-edge AI technologies with genuine business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions
- Working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures and modern AI frameworks
- Building and deploying production-grade AI and Machine Learning systems
- Supporting the design and implementation of AI pipelines and platforms
- Translating complex business challenges into practical technical solutions
- Working directly with stakeholders to shape AI strategies and roadmaps
- Evaluating emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities for adoption
- Mentoring colleagues and contributing to AI best practices across projects
What We're Looking For
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI or Machine Learning solutions within commercial environments
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs and modern AI tooling
- Understanding of model deployment, production environments and AI architecture principles
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience applying AI within regulated or data-rich industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecommunications or similar sectors
