This is what you'll be doing:
- As Key Account Executive, you'll play a central role in managing strategic customer relationships while supporting the delivery of high-quality transport services across major accounts.
- Acting as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring a consistently high level of communication, responsiveness, and service delivery across day-to-day operations.
- Working closely with operational, planning, and transport teams to coordinate customer requirements, monitor delivery performance, and ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved.
- Producing regular customer reports and performance updates using operational data, telematics, and digital systems to provide insight into service delivery and sustainability performance.
