Rate: Β£38.98 per hour (via Umbrella)

About the Role
A leading aerospace organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Communications Lead to support a major business acquisition and integration programme in Belfast. This is a key role responsible for managing internal, external, and community communications during a period of change, helping to bring a new company into the wider organisation.
You\βll work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and communications colleagues to develop and deliver a cohesive communications strategy that engages employees, informs stakeholders, and reflects the organisation\\\βs values and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a communications plan to support business transformation and integration.
- Establish and maintain effective internal communication channels.
- Manage external communications, including media relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with UK and international communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Support community engagement and corporate events in Northern Ireland.
