As a Multiskilled Engineer, this is what you'll be doing:
- You’ll be part of a well‑established engineering team, working days & nights rotation across a 4‑day working week—supporting a fast‑paced production environment with a range of specialist machinery.
- Maintaining and repairing equipment in line with schedules and specifications to maximise reliability and minimise downtime, including testing, fault finding and repairs.
- Identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long‑term fixes through root cause analysis.
- Ensuring all tools and repair equipment are maintained and fit for purpose.
- Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
The experience you will bring to the team:
- Ideally qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HNC equivalent.
- A time‑served, apprentice‑trained Multiskilled Engineer is essential.
