As a Multiskilled Engineer, this is what you'll be doing: You'll be part of a well-established engineering team, working a days & nights rotation across a 4-day working week-supporting a fast-paced production environment with a range of specialist machinery. Maintaining and repairing equipment in line with schedules and specifications to maximise reliability and minimise downtime, including testing, fault finding and repairs. Identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term fixes through root cause analysis. Ideally qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or HNC equivalent. A time-served, apprentice-trained Multiskilled Engineer is essential.
