This role sits within a central digital transformation team and focuses on shaping, coordinating and landing change across the organisation. You’ll work closely with operational leads to identify opportunities for digital and AI‑led improvement and ensure initiatives progress smoothly through delivery. It’s a highly visible role with exposure across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the day‑to‑day link between digital teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Identify and shape digital and AI‑led transformation opportunities.
  • Own pipeline tracking, reporting and communication across multiple initiatives.
  • Support delivery by helping teams navigate frameworks and priorities.
  • Lead cross‑department initiatives where coordination is required.
  • Play an active role in AI adoption and enablement across the business.

What You’ll Bring
