Accounts Payable Administrator - Exeter (Office-Based, No Hybrid)
£28,000+ DOE | Full-Time | Permanent
I'm working with a client in Exeter who's looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team.
This is a fully office-based role, so you'll need to be happy commuting to Exeter each day. The team needs someone with strong AP experience who can be ready to make an immediate impact and manage the function confidently.
What you'll be doing:-
Processing and checking invoices

Making supplier payments (GBP, USD, EUR, SEK)

Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving issues quickly

Supporting cash flow forecasting

Helping with month-end and audits

Building good relationships with suppliers and colleagues

At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable

Strong Excel skills (Sage knowledge a bonus but not essential)

Great attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, hard-working and confident handling high volumes

Able to work well in a small, supportive team

Salary from £28,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
