Overview
A leading aerospace manufacturer is looking for a Contract Manager to join their Industrial Maintenance team in Broughton. This role will focus on managing maintenance and calibration contracts across a range of production assets – including CNC machinery, manufacturing facilities, and specialised processing equipment.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all service providers meet performance, cost, and compliance standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Oversight

Ensure all contractors operate safely and adhere to HSE and environmental standards.

Promote a strong safety culture and lead governance across all operations.

Audit service providers to ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
Contract & Performance Management

Manage supplier contracts and performance through KPIs and governance reviews.

Lead performance meetings and apply corrective actions where needed.

Validate supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial oversight.

Prepare monthly reports on performance, spend, and risk management.

Identify areas for improvement and implement effective recovery plans.
Commercial & Procurement Support

About You
