The successful candidate will work closely with design, production, and quality teams, acting as a key problem-solver and project lead. Key responsibilities:
- Design manufacturing processes and tooling to produce high-quality components
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure products are manufacturable and meet customer specifications
- Lead technical projects, including development timelines, cost analysis, and feasibility studies
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams on engineering challenges
- Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
