Case Officer - Immediate start - 4 weeks - 35 hours a week- £29.67 per hour

This is an extremely varied role . Monday- Friday. 35 hours hours a week.
What the Case Officer will be doing
The ideal Case Officer will be responsible for
Providing strategic HR advice to members and staff in accordance to the latest legislation and best practice
Manage between 30-35 cases and take ownership of the cases from an HR and ER prospective
Potentially travelling to meet local employees and members
Record and report notes from meetings in relation to advice provided
What the successful Case Officer will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has
Who has excellent written and verbal skills
Has a good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages
Has a strong understanding of HR legislation
Has experience of advising colleagues
Ideally have a background in health care or public sector
