What You'll Do:
Join a well-established food manufacturing business as part of a close-knit engineering team, helping to keep production running efficiently and safely.
In this role, you'll:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of food production equipment
- Support continuous improvement activities to minimise downtime
- Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults
- Work on packing lines, processing equipment and ovens
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure operational performance targets are achieved
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and engineering compliance
What You'll Bring:
- Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a food manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- A genuine multi-skilled background, although candidates with an electrical bias are encouraged to apply
- Practical engineering experience that demonstrates your capability, regardless of qualification level
- A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving
- Comfortable working within a food production environment involving beef-based products
