Are you a residential conveyancer looking to escape the pressures of volume conveyancing? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and supportive property team where quality of work comes before volume. We are looking for two solicitors to join our specialist Buy-to-Let department and are particularly interested in residential conveyancers who are keen to broaden their expertise and receive training in light commercial property matters. Buy-to-let experience is not required – strong residential conveyancing experience is essential.
Whether you are a newly qualified solicitor or have several years' post-qualification experience, you'll be joining a collaborative team that offers genuine career development, flexible working and exposure to a varied client base of investors, landlords and property professionals.
The Roles
- Newly Qualified Solicitor - Salary circa £35,000 - Ideal for candidates looking to build on their residential conveyancing experience and develop specialist property expertise.
- Solicitor (Experienced) - Salary circa £40,000 - Suitable for candidates with established residential conveyancing experience seeking greater variety and progression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing residential and buy-to-let transactions.
