Yolk Recruitment are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of a Quotations Coordinator to join their Customer Experience team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play a key role in supporting customers, producing accurate quotations and working closely with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.

This is what you'll be doing:
- Managing customer enquiries, producing quotations and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to order placement.
- Producing accurate quotations based on customer enquiries and technical requirements.
- Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing advice on products, pricing and lead times.
- Liaising with Production, Planning and Procurement teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery times are achieved.
- Working with third-party suppliers and manufacturers to obtain pricing for bespoke requirements.
- Ensuring all customer enquiries are processed within agreed timescales.
- Providing customers with product guidance and supporting them with suitable solutions.
- Ensuring all order information is accurate before processing.
- Handling customer queries professionally and escalating aftercare issues where appropriate.
- Supporting business development by identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and develop new accounts.
The experience you'll bring:
- Previous experience within a quotations, sales support, customer service or internal sales position.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a busy environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, construction products or engineering environment would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
