The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is working closely with a Not-For-Profit organisation that works for better conditions for health care workers. We are supporting them with their recruitment of a temporary People Administrator who has a keen eye for detail and has a "right first time" approach.
Responsibilities
- Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met for investigations, hearings, and appeals.
- Ensure templates are up to date following any advised changes.
- Draft standard correspondence (invite letters) using approved templates.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings (rooms, virtual links, documentation).
- Attend ER meetings (disciplinary, grievance, capability) to take comprehensive and impartial notes.
