Experienced Conveyancer looking for a new challenge without the pressure of managing your own caseload?

I'm working on an opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing professional to step into a technical, quality-focused role where your knowledge and expertise can make a real difference.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting colleagues, tackling complex technical queries and maintaining high standards, without the day-to-day responsibility of running their own files.

The Role

Coach, mentor and support a team of residential Property Lawyers.

Review conveyancing files, including new-build transactions.

Carry out file audits, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Provide technical guidance on complex conveyancing matters.

Help improve processes, quality standards and overall team performance.

What We're Looking For

Strong residential conveyancing experience, including new-build transactions.

Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.

A confident communicator who enjoys helping others develop.

A good understanding of compliance, regulation and risk management.

Legal qualifications such as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, LPC or a Law degree would be advantageous.

What's On Offer?

  • Competitive salary and uncapped bonus potential
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Pension, life assurance and additional colleague benefits
  • A role focused on technical expertise, quality and supporting others rather than managing your own caseload

This could be ideal for a Senior Conveyancer, Technical Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Team Leader who wants to use their expertise in a different way.
