Yolk Recruitment are supporting a busy environment that relies on keeping production running smoothly. Your work will focus on maintaining, fault finding and repairing machinery across packing and bagging lines. This is a hands-on mechanical role where you will be the go-to person on nights, ensuring equipment is safe, reliable and consistently performing. You will work a 40 hour week across permanent nights, with an eight hour fully paid shift structure. You will play a key part in reducing downtime, improving machine reliability and keeping output on track while the site runs at reduced staffing levels overnight.
What You Will Bring
- Strong mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Confidence working independently on shift
- Good understanding of packing, bagging or similar production machinery
- Ability to fault find, diagnose issues and carry out repairs efficiently
