This is a Board-facing leadership opportunity for an exceptional legal professional with significant experience operating within UK regulated financial services. To be considered, you must have: Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (England Wales) with significant post-qualification experience. Extensive senior in-house legal experience within banking, building societies or financial institutions. Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to UK deposit-taking institutions, including PRA, FCA, SM CR and Consumer Duty. Experience advising Boards and Executive Committees on complex legal, governance and strategic matters. A proven track record of leading legal support through organisational transformation.
