We're looking for a fully qualified or nearly qualified Finance Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a proven background in management reporting and business partnering. Experience within professional services would be highly advantageous.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic role for an experienced Finance Business Partner who wants to join an organisation where Finance is genuinely valued as a strategic partner to the wider business.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear and commercially relevant financial insight to support decision-making, improve performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
You’ll be involved across:

Providing high-quality management reporting and financial analysis

Partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders

Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

Analysing performance, variances and key business drivers

Providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
-
Building strong relationships across the wider business

Challenging performance constructively and identifying opportunities for improvement

Supporting the production of accurate and insightful Board and senior management reporting

Using data and financial information to tell the story behind business performance
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or are very close to completing

Strong, proven Finance Business Partnering experience

Excellent commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders

A strong background in management reporting, analysis and financial insight
-
Experience working closely with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
The ability to turn financial information into clear, commercially focused recommendations
-
Ideally, experience within professional services or a similar people-focused commercial environment
