FINANCE MANAGER CARDIFF HYBRID
Are you a well-rounded Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?
I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a busy and established finance function in Cardiff.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the full management accounting lifecycle, while also bringing strong people management and leadership experience.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end management accounting process
- Proven people management, coaching and development experience
- Experience working within a Shared Service Centre or fast-paced, complex finance environment is highly desirable
- Strong month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Multi-currency experience would be a distinct advantage
- A commercially minded approach with the confidence to partner with stakeholders across the business
The role:
Cardiff Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day from home
