Mae Yolk Recruitment wedi'i benodi'n Bartner Chwilio Gweithredol i Awdurdod Cyllid Cymru ar gyfer y penodiad pwysig hwn i'r Bwrdd.

Mae Awdurdod Cyllid Cymru (ACC) yn dechrau pennod newydd gyffrous, ac rydym yn chwilio am hyd at ddau Aelod Anweithredol o'r Bwrdd i helpu i lunio ei ddyfodol.

Ers ei sefydlu yn 2018, mae ACC wedi casglu mwy na £2.7 biliwn mewn Treth Trafodiadau Tir a Threth Gwarediadau Tirlenwi, gan godi refeniw hanfodol sy'n cefnogi wasanaethau cyhoeddus ledled Cymru yn uniongyrchol.

Nawr, wrth i'w gyfrifoldebau ehangu i gynnwys y Gofrestr Genedlaethol ar gyfer darparwyr llety ymwelwyr a gweithredu Ardoll Ymwelwyr, mae'r sefydliad yn esblygu i fod yn sefydliad ehangach sy'n seiliedig ar wasanaethau.

Gwybodaeth am ACC

Mae ACC yn adran Anweinidogol o Lywodraeth Cymru, sy'n gwneud penderfyniadau gweithredol yn annibynnol tra'n gweithio'n agos gyda Llywodraeth Cymru, trethdalwyr, busnesau a phartneriaid ledled Cymru.

Mae'r sefydliad yn rhoi ei gwsmeriaid wrth wraidd popeth y mae'n ei wneud ac mae wedi ymrwymo i fod yn sefydliad arloesol, cydweithredol a charedig.

Gan weithio ar y cyd â'r Cadeirydd, y Prif Weithredwr, yr Aelodau Gweithredol a'ch cyd-Swyddogion Anweithredol, byddwch yn:

  • darparu arweinyddiaeth, gweledigaeth a chyfeiriad strategol
  • craffu ar berfformiad a cheisio sicrwydd bod amcanion sefydliadol yn cael eu cyflawni
  • cefnogi a herio tîm arwain ACC mewn modd adeiladol
  • darparu cymorth trwy gyfnodau o newid sefydliad
  • dod â phersbectif allanol a sganio'r gorwel am risgiau a chyfleoedd sy'n dod i'r amlwg
  • herio'n agored ac yn adeiladol, gydag uniondeb ac annibyniaeth
  • cyfrannu at ddiwylliant Bwrdd cadarnhaol a chynhwysol
  • datblygu perthnasoedd cryf gyda Llywodraeth Cymru a rhanddeiliaid ehangach
  • helpu i sicrhau bod ACC yn parhau i weithredu gyda llywodraethiant cryf, rheoli risg effeithiol a sicrwydd priodol
