What You'll Bring:
- Completed a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong mechanical engineering skills with proven supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team while remaining hands-on.
- Knowledge of planned preventative maintenance and condition-based monitoring.
- Problem-solving ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimise downtime.
