- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Manage maintenance inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts and equipment.
- Experience in an Engineering supervisor or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
