MERITUS are recruiting for a Business & Project Manager to join our client on an initial 9 month contract to support upcoming aerospace programmes from Filton.

Working closely with engineering teams, the role supports project delivery, performance management, resource planning, and business operations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and our client's processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with business and project management processes.
  • Support workload, resource, and financial planning (annual and multi-year), monitoring deviations.
  • Manage internal and external engineering resourcing in line with our client's policies.
  • Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and workload evolution.
  • Collate, analyse, and report performance KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Provide business and project management guidance to engineering teams.
  • Support governance reviews and deputise for engineering leaders where required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, best practices, and new ways of working.
Profile Sought:
  • Experience in business and/or project management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, digitally capable, and data-driven.
