Valleys to Coast is seeking a Surveyor to provide a broad surveying service across its property portfolio. The role focuses on damp, mould and condensation, HHSRS, complaints, boundary matters and pre/post-works inspections in a hybrid working environment.
You will manage technical repairs with tenants and contractors, assess alteration requests, liaise with statutory bodies and maintain accurate asset and budget information while meeting health, safety and regulatory requirements.
