Valleys to Coast is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the shift from outsourced to in-house procurement, driving governance and genuine commercial value across the Group.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will build a comprehensive procurement framework and manage key supplier relationships.
You will ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and Welsh Government requirements while delivering cost savings, efficiencies and social value.
