What you will be doing in this role You'll advise a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from household names and FTSE-listed companies to fast-growing technology businesses across a variety of sectors.
Your work will include: Drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements.
Advising on technology contracts, digital transformation projects and outsourcing arrangements.
Supporting clients on strategic commercial initiatives and complex business-critical projects.
Working on commercial aspects of large-scale procurement and supply chain arrangements.
