The Opportunity
We are working with a leading professional services organisation within the M A and technology consulting sector to recruit an experienced M A Technology Associate Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team supporting some of the most complex and high-profile transactions across the UK and internationally. You will work across the full M A lifecycle, developing your commercial consulting expertise while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and a diverse range of transactions. The role offers the opportunity to work across buy-side and sell-side transactions, IPOs and refinancing projects, as well as technology integration and separation programmes. Flexible working arrangements are supported, with a focus on finding the approach that delivers the best outcomes for both clients and colleagues.
