Yolk Recruitment have teamed up with a Charity and they are looking for someone with a passion to learn and a team player who is a multi-skilled administrator. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the project teams

What you will be doing:-

The ideal Project Coordinator will be:-

  • organising meetings

  • managing project in-boxes

  • Managing invoices and liaising with Finance as necessary.

  • Under the direction of a Project Support Officer or Project Manager, supporting the

procurement of goods and services below £25k required for project delivery and associated

payments

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have solid IT skills

  • Be able to work to a superb standard of discretion and confidentiality

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability and confidence to interact with people at all levels of the organisation., If you are a Administrator with experience in with an eye for detail and understands how to communicate effectively I would like to hear from you, this is a hybrid role with a the scope for the role to be permanent.

  • £12.63 per hour

  • Office hours with no weekend work
