Job Description Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal Location: South Wales Salary: Β£25,000 - Β£28,000 DOE Hybrid Working Available Conveyancing Paralegal Looking to join a property team where you'll genuinely be valued? We're recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to support a specialist residential property team handling high-quality work for a loyal client base. This isn't a role where you'll simply process files. You'll become an integral part of the team, supporting interesting property transactions and working closely with experienced fee earners in a collaborative environment. The Role You'll support fee earners across the full conveyancing process, including: Opening new matters Drafting documentation Preparing contracts Liaising with clients, lenders and estate agents Completing searches Assisting with exchanges and completions Managing post-completion matters Providing regular client updates About You You'll already have: Previous residential conveyancing experience Knowledge of the transaction process Excellent organisational skills A proactive approach Strong communication and client care skills Experience with buy-to-let or investment property transactions would be advantageous but isn't essential.
