Yolk Recruitment is currently supporting a Swansea-based business with the appointment of a Finance Manager. This is a site-based role and would suit an experienced finance professional looking to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and work closely with senior management.
The role will include:
- Managing the day-to-day finance function
- Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Managing cash flow and financial controls
- Overseeing purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
- Managing month-end and year-end processes
- Managing and supporting finance team members
- Preparing financial information for senior management
- Reviewing and improving finance processes
- Working with external accountants, auditors and other stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous Finance Manager, Financial Controller or senior finance experience and are comfortable working in a fully site-based environment.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Swansea
Working arrangement: Site-based
