The Opportunity

This is an extremely varied role, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week.
What the Case Officer will be doing:
- Providing strategic HR advice to members and staff in accordance with the latest legislation and best practice.
- Managing between 30-35 cases and taking ownership of the cases from an HR and ER perspective.
- Potentially travelling to meet local employees and members.
- Recording and reporting notes from meetings in relation to advice provided.
What the successful Case Officer will bring to the team:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages.
- A strong understanding of HR legislation.
- Experience of advising colleagues.
- Ideally, a background in health care or public sector.
