Yolk Recruitment is supporting an established manufacturing business in the search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team working on a 2-shift pattern.

In this role, you will
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing and production equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore equipment efficiently.
- Maintain and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Fault find on PLC-controlled systems and automated machinery.
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Assist with machinery improvements, installations, and commissioning projects.
- Drive improvements in equipment reliability and production performance.
- Complete maintenance records and engineering documentation accurately.
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.

- Time-served Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical bias or strong multi-skilled capability.
- Experience within manufacturing, heavy industry, automotive, , FMCG, or similar industrial environments.

- Experience working with drives, inverters, control systems, and PLCs.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
