This is a predominantly reconciliation-focused role within a wider finance function. It would suit someone who has worked within a traditional finance administration or reconciliation position and is looking to develop their experience within a global organisation.
The Role
- Completing bank and account reconciliations
- Using Excel extensively to complete and support reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies
- Loading and processing journals
- Raising and processing payments
- Allocating credits to customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Processing day-to-day financial transactions
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider finance team
- Supporting with wider finance administration as required
About You
- Previous experience within a finance administration or reconciliation role
- Strong Excel reconciliation experience is essential
- Experience reconciling bank or financial accounts
- Good understanding of transactional finance
- Experience processing journals and payments would be beneficial
- Insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently while contributing to a wider finance team
