Administrator - Temporary -3 months - Β£12.82 per hour - Cardiff
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit are working with a Law firm to appoint an Administration role for 3 months, this will be a fully on-site role based in Cardiff.
About the role
The role will involve making bookings on bespoke diary system, filing papers from rooms and taking orders. This is an all round role where you will be utilising your range of administration skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and overseeing visitors entry to the building.
- Updating records on the bespoke system
- Booking couriers and taxis
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Manage deliveries to site
- Other ad-hoc duties
About you
In order to be considered for this role you need:
- Good keyboard skills
- Legal background would be ideal
- Quick learner
- Good communication skills
What you would get in return:
- Β£12.82 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday no weekends
- Central office location
