You'll manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced Partners and colleagues on larger, more complex matters.

The Role
- You'll be involved in a varied range of commercial disputes, including:
- Contractual disputes and professional negligence claims.
- Banking and financial disputes.
- Intellectual property and defamation matters.
- Fraud and procurement disputes.
- Partnership and shareholder disputes.
- Managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value and large-scale litigation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, commercially focused advice.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the team.
