Yolk Recruitment is working with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Property Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded national real estate disputes team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-4 PQE solicitor to develop their career within a well-established team, working alongside experienced property litigators on a varied and high-quality caseload.
You'll advise a diverse client base, including major retailers, developers, landlords and public sector organisations, on a broad range of commercial property disputes.
The role offers exposure to complex matters, early responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- You'll be involved in a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including:
- Landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, break notices and dilapidations.
- Possession claims, rent recovery, forfeiture and service charge disputes.
- Property-related insolvency, restrictive covenants and land registration issues.
- Rights to light and other complex real estate disputes.
- Preparing legal documentation, undertaking research and liaising with clients, counsel and other stakeholders.
- Managing elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Supporting business development, team initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
You'll work closely with senior colleagues while developing your technical expertise and confidence as a property litigation solicitor.
About You
