The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of the organisation's financial strategy, governance and commercial finance agenda , acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and Board.
This is much more than a traditional financial control position. You will combine strategic leadership, commercial insight, financial governance and transformation , while working closely with a wider international finance network.
You'll have the opportunity to influence major business decisions, support investment and growth initiatives, improve financial processes and play a key role in the ongoing integration of the business into a wider global group.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO, leadership team and Board.
Lead the Annual Operating Plan, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide insightful analysis around profitability, cash flow, investment and business performance.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close in line with IFRS and group reporting standards .
Oversee accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, treasury, tax and cash management .
Drive strong financial controls, governance, audit readiness and risk management.
Lead the organisation's enterprise risk management and internal control processes.
Support major commercial decisions, pricing strategies, investment cases and CAPEX projects.
Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Partner with commercial teams to identify opportunities for improved profitability and cost control.
