CONVEYANCERS - FANCY GETTING OFF THE VOLUME CONVEYANCING TREADMILL?£30,000- £50,000I've got a new opportunity that might be worth a conversation…I'm working with an established South Wales law firm with offices across Blackwood, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil , and they're looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to the team.
And before you ask… this isn't another '50+ files, constant chasing, targets through the roof' role. ??
What you'll be doing:
?? Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases?? Remortgages?? Transfers of equity?? Right to Buy?? New-build transactions?? Lender work?? Dealing with searches, contracts & titles?? Exchange, completion & post-completionYou'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, deal directly with clients and actually get the support of an established team around you.
